I had such an amazing stay at a lodge in South Africa! the room was absolutely stunning, with a sensational ocean view and beautiful decor throughout the entire house. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was fabulous. the host, Carel, went above and beyond by meeting us in town and guiding us to the lodge, which is located in a remote and peaceful area. We even got a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant that offers a pick-up service. the location of the lodge was breathtaking, with a short walk to the beach for a morning sunrise dip. the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the lodge itself had a fascinating and unique design. I only wish I could have stayed longer and tried a surf lesson!

For the money, Surf Lodge South Africa gave me incredible value. The room was top-notch and the beachfront location was stunning. The staff treated me like family, especially Challen who went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience.

Breakfast delights with more variety would be a tasty addition.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful beach and sea right outside. It exceeded my expectations and made for a truly picturesque setting. the host was also very friendly and helpful, showing us around the place and making us feel welcome. the supply of a heater in the room was a thoughtful touch, ensuring our comfort during the stay.

In the larger room, the open bathroom layout was a bit strange and lacked privacy. This may not be a concern for everyone, but it's something to consider if you prefer more privacy when using the bathroom.

The sweeping ocean view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. the peaceful and quiet surroundings gave us a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. the host who escorted us to the lodge and recommended a nearby excellent restaurant was a great help to navigate the area.

The open bathroom in the larger room was strange and lacked privacy, making it uncomfortable for couples. the lack of upkeep in the lodge and unprofessional staff tarnish what could have been a great experience.
