We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service at Taj Hotelapart. The owner, Nadia, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were excellent. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The location was convenient with a shuttle service available. we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Taj Hotelapart to anyone visiting Cape Town.

As a solo traveler, I loved the spacious and well-appointed suite at Taj Cape Town. The kitchenette was a convenient feature for entertaining guests. The hotel's facilities, including the gym and restaurants, were outstanding. The staff, particularly host Nadia, were friendly and provided excellent service. Nadia also shared valuable local sightseeing tips, enhancing my experience in Cape Town.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The suite I stayed in was massive and spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were impeccable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel was close to many amazing restaurants and the fabulous food market where you could get literally anything cooked to take out. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary car service and the breakfast spread was excellent.

I came to Capetown for my 40th birthday and stayed at Taj Hotelapart for a week. The suite we stayed in was exceptional, with comfortable bedding and soothing music in the bathroom. The hotel's communication was top notch and they arranged a beautiful birthday surprise for me in the room. The staff, especially Nadia, treated us like royalty. The location was fantastic and the facilities at the pool and gym were excellent. The hotel also had a courtesy shuttle service that could drop you off at various attractions. Thank you for making my birthday week so special.

The suite was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and fine finishes. the spaciousness of the suite was a huge plus, and I especially appreciated having a kitchenette. It was so convenient, especially when I wanted to entertain guests. the staff at the hotel were outstanding, providing excellent service and always being friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to popular areas like Long Street and Bo Kaap.

There were a few negatives during my stay. the TV signal in my suite could not be restored throughout my entire stay, causing a major inconvenience for myself and my toddler.

Fantastic location, courteous and friendly staff, excellent pool and gym facilities, courtesy shuttle service, lovely restaurants nearby.

We got incredible value for our money with a room larger than my whole London flat at Taj Hotel. The location was fantastic and the staff treated us with utmost courtesy and friendliness.

Transportation is easily arranged and Uber is reliable. Definitely value for money and I can't wait to stay again in the future.

The location near parliament meant we didn't have to worry about load shedding. we highly recommend this hotel.
