I also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, it added a nice touch to our stay. The room amenities, such as the ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities, provided enhanced comfort. I loved having a sitting area and terrace with garden furniture, it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The free toiletries and electric blankets were an added bonus. The flat-screen TV in the room was great for some evening entertainment, and the carpeted floor added a cozy feel. The dining bar/lounge area provided a comfortable and inviting space to enjoy breakfast and interact with other guests. The location of this guest house is ideal, with easy access to the Midlands Meander and beautiful views of the dam. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, offering a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was delicious, served with hot plates and friendly service. The warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Trevor and the staff made it feel like a home away from home.

One of the electric blankets in the chalet wasn't working, which was a bit disappointing in the cold weather.

The overall experience was dampened by some issues during our stay. The room was inadequately heated and we were freezing throughout the whole weekend.
