The location of the hotel is fantastic, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Rosebank mall is conveniently close, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy or enjoy a delicious meal. The rooms are modern and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff, particularly the manager Michelle, are efficient and prompt in addressing any concerns.

Some of the furnishings in the rooms seemed cheap and in need of maintenance, detracting from the overall experience.

The inclusion of hand sanitizer at the lifts was amazing and appreciated. The unit's prime position provided exclusivity and the balcony was a nice place to relax. The location was good, close to everything we wanted to do. The security guard was helpful and the free wi-fi and ample bathrooms were amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were impressive. We especially loved the spacious and airy apartment, which offered a lovely view of the sunset. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to access nearby facilities, including the Rosebank mall where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and helpful, with Sipho going above and beyond to assist us with directions and even calling us an Uber when we had no cell service.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The apartment was modern and chic, with top-quality furniture. I loved having access to Netflix and Youtube, it was a great way to relax in the evenings. the staff at the property were exceptional - they were accommodating, well-mannered, and very helpful. They made my stay at the hotel truly enjoyable.

That the heating in the apartment wasn't sufficient, so it was quite cold. I ended up having to buy a heater to stay warm.
