Located by the sea with a road in between, offering ocean views from upper rooms. Well-run guest house with comfortable accommodation and great breakfasts. The owner went above and beyond, even taking guests on a tour during bad weather. Scones and muffins as a surprise snack were a nice touch.

This place was absolutely amazing! The location, right by the ocean and only a short walk from the center, was perfect. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing close by. The rooms were always clean and tidy, and the view from my room was breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. The breakfast served here was divine and a real treat every morning. I can't recommend this place enough!

Great service from a friendly manager who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed and beautiful linens. Breakfast was hearty and well-presented, with delicious flapjacks, muffins, and scones. Key location close to the beach and golf course, perfect for those who enjoy both. Swimming pool area had sun loungers and a seating area.

The view from our room was not great, and the balcony lights were on all night, which made it difficult to appreciate the view. There was no option to prepare our own small meals, which would have been nice since there were few restaurants open on Sundays.

We loved everything about our stay at The Beach House in Port Alfred. The cleanliness, beautiful decor, and comfortable rooms made our stay even better. The breakfast was tasty and the beachfront location provided stunning scenery. Isabeeau, the hostess, went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment.
