Calitz in Calitzdorp was a flavorful feast for the senses! Pros: the attention to detail at this gem surpassed expectations, close to great wineries, and secure parking.

Our room faced the road, limiting privacy, and the mobile aircon was a tad temperamental. these are just small nibbles in a meal full of delights.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. the attention to detail and hospitality exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with recommendations for things to do in Calitzdorp. the interior and exterior design of the hotel perfectly complemented the town's rich history. the rooms were named after different types of wine, which added a charming touch. the housekeeping service was impeccable, ensuring the rooms were clean and comfortable. the pool and lounge area were fantastic, providing a great place to relax. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the town center, making it easy to explore local restaurants and shops.

While my overall experience at this hotel was fantastic, one area that could be improved is the bedding. the sheets appeared to be a bit dated and could benefit from an update to enhance guests' comfort.

What a fantastic spot for party people! We loved the spacious rooms, cool communal living area, and the awesome pool and braai area.
