We had a wonderful stay at the Capital. the rooms were well-appointed and clean, with comfortable beds and great bathrooms. the staff was friendly and flexible, accommodating our request to switch rooms. the location was central and convenient for exploring the area. We also appreciated being allowed to check out late due to our late flight. Thank you for the great service!

This hotel in the Jo'burg area offers great value for money. The rooms on level 1 have a nice view and even a balcony, perfect for enjoying the surroundings. The attentive staff provide all the advertised amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The apartment was stylishly decorated and had excellent amenities, including a washer and dryer. The 24/7 room service is a great convenience, even though the food may lack flavor. The breakfast service was also great.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to several sites in the city and a mall nearby for those who love shopping. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially the friendly waitress Bongi in the restaurant. The facilities, including the pool area, were well-maintained and enjoyable.

One negative aspect was the lack of communication among staff members regarding special events, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

From the moment I spoke to Amanda on the phone to Chelsea checking us in, the service was top-notch. Both of them were friendly and helpful, and the same can be said for our waiters Blessing and Ntombi. It was refreshing to receive such genuine and smiling service. the hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had a great vibe. Special shoutout to Tebogo at the front desk, who made our stay even more enjoyable. I loved that Ubers could conveniently drop us off and pick us up in the basement, and the hotel's location near the highway made it easy to access. the breakfast was amazing too. a fantastic experience at the Capital.

During my recent stay at The Capital, I experienced a small inconvenience with my aircon not working for the first few nights. However, the hotel staff promptly attended to the issue and solved it, ensuring my comfort throughout the rest of my stay. The reception staff, particularly Nosphiwo and Thandeka, were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.
