I had a wonderful time at The Charles Cafe & Guesthouse. The room was clean and comfortable, providing all the comfort I needed. The location was excellent, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to various attractions. The cafe on the premises served delicious food, making breakfast a delightful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Cape Town.

Loved the friendly and attentive staff, who made my business trip feel more like a vacation. the room was wonderfully clean and comfortable, with great amenities like a coffee maker and complimentary toiletries. the location was ideal, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The room was a bit cramped and could have benefitted from more storage space. the lack of air conditioning was a bit of a downside during the warmer days.

The staff at the restaurant have received excellent reviews for their service and the food, creating a lovely dining experience. Furthermore, the beautiful front garden provides a peaceful atmosphere for guests to relax in.

Some guests have experienced difficulties with the WiFi repeatedly, which could be improved.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and included a tasty breakfast. The staff paid attention to detail and provided basic amenities in the clean and comfortable rooms. The location in a trendy neighborhood made it easy to explore Cape Town, with the V&A Waterfront just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel had an amazing view of the city.

Everything was fine, no complaints.
