The view from our room was exceptional, with a perfect view of the estuary and vintage rooms and buildings. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast and supper were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food available for all. The location is excellent, close to nearby facilities and attractions like the Wild Coast Sun. The staff's warm and welcoming attitude made our stay memorable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention to detail we received at The Estuary Hotel & Spa. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who quickly checked us in and even offered us an umbrella during the rain. The food in the restaurant exceeded our expectations, with a buffet that was the best we've ever had. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to the beach and stunning views. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location directly on the estuary was absolutely stunning and provided breathtaking views from my private balcony. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with 2 double beds and a lovely fireplace. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that every detail was taken care of. We spent our Christmas there and enjoyed the complementary festive decorations in the common areas and our room. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby beaches and hiking trails. We also appreciated the complementary shuttle service to and from the airport.

Despite the good location and complementary services, some staff members were unhelpful and unprofessional. We had some issues with our room and when we asked for assistance, we were met with indifference.

The rooms are comfortable and well-designed, with some offering a balcony overlooking the Estuary and sea. The staff provide excellent service, making guests feel special and welcome. The breakfast options are plentiful, with provisions even made for Hindu and Muslim guests. The hotel also offers facilities such as a pool, spa, and a kids club for entertainment.

There were some issues with ants and insects in the rooms, which affected the overall experience.

Great location with stunning views of the ocean, lagoon, greenery, and bird life. Excellent food at the Fish Eagle restaurant. The spa provided a stress-free experience with a relaxing massage. Convenient room service available till 21:00. a perfect place for a few days of tranquility.
