the Fernery Lodge & Chalets provided a fantastic experience from start to finish. the staff members were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the "Owners Suite" we stayed in was spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. We loved the two balconies that offered stunning views of the sea and gorge, where we were even able to spot baboons and vervet monkeys playing. the on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the facilities were top-notch. a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The rough and pot-holed road that leads to the lodge. It's a bit of a challenge to navigate, especially for those with sensitive vehicles.

One highlight was the option of having a top quality braai brought to our lodge, providing a unique and enjoyable dining experience. The location was also great, with easy access to a nearby national park.

The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and we enjoyed every meal while taking in the beautiful scenery.

Breakfast was delicious and offered various options. our experience was incredible and we can't wait to come back and explore more of what Fernery has to offer.
