The furnishings were luxurious and the staff were very friendly. The on-hand owner ensured everything ran smoothly, and the top quality restaurant on the premises was a bonus. The property was beautifully maintained and the finishes were gorgeous. The food was also tasty, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

I did have a minor issue with the housekeepers. They would knock in the morning asking for towels, which I found a bit inconvenient.

The facilities were in great shape and tastefully designed. Delicious food was served at the hotel’s restaurant, with friendly attentive service. the hotel’s staff were helpful and approachable, which made us feel at ease the whole time we were there. the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the local area with ease, with plenty of nearby attractions to check out.

Our room was not well soundproofed, which made for a noisy and challenging sleeping experience. the person helping us with check-in was unfriendly and cool, which was a bad first impression and made us feel unwelcome.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel! The location is superb - it's in a quiet and safe area, which made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was beautifully decorated with upmarket furnishings and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. I also loved having a sitting area and patio with garden furniture - it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the lovely surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice bonus too!

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The Gallery offered spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, creating a pleasant surprise for us. The modern bathroom was a definite advantage, providing a comfortable and convenient stay. Additionally, the friendly service received at the restaurant and during breakfast added to the overall positive experience.

The staff member who attended to us upon arrival was cold and negative, which dampened our initial impression.
