This place is in a great area, right in the middle of the mother city. It's located on the V&A Waterfront, making it super convenient to explore nearby attractions. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, always making sure I had everything I needed. The rooftop pool was a highlight for me, providing a relaxing spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful view. The rooms are clean, cosy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, service, and leisure facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at The Grey Hotel! The room was small but comfortable with air conditioning and an en suite bathroom. The staff were amazing, and the location was excellent for exploring the area. The breakfast was good and the in-house restaurants served delicious food. We especially loved the evening entertainment at the Piano Bar, which included live music. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we had a great time at The Grey Hotel!

The 24-hour reception was very convenient and made me feel well taken care of. The in-house restaurants were all turning out high-quality food and drinks that were absolutely amazing. The location of this place is perfect – it's nestled in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, yet still within walking distance to the city center.

The rooftop bar was a great spot for a pre-dinner drink with its stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The free breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. the hotel is in a good location, close to many shops and restaurants. the hotel had an outdoor pool which was a nice touch.

The room was extremely small and cramped, barely enough space for us and our luggage. the noise from the nearby street kept us up most of the night, making it difficult to get any sleep.
