“Pros”: I got great value for my money at this hotel - the room was beautiful and luxurious. The location was perfect, with shopping right at the doorstep. The staff treated me exceptionally well, from the warm welcome at the front entrance to the efficient check-in process. The service was top-notch, even when I ordered room service late at night.

The location is perfect, with a variety of dining options and a large shopping center right outside the hotel. The staff, especially Senior Concierge Archie, were great and made our stay more enjoyable. We loved the free upgrade for our wedding anniversary and the fact that they arranged for the Jacuzzi to be available for us at 9:30pm. The reception staff were also helpful and pleasant to talk to.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel in the vibrant Sandton area. The location couldn't be better, with malls, shops, and restaurants right on the doorstep. The staff were courteous, warm, and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a malfunctioning aircon and a clogged shower drain, the guest relations manager promptly addressed the issues and assured me that major refurbishments are in the pipeline. I had a pleasant stay and would gladly return once the hotel is restored to its former glory. Recommended.

The hotel is located right on Nelson Mandela Square, making it perfect for walking around and enjoying the dozens of restaurants and high-end shops in the mall. The spacious rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was amazing, and the lounge bar was a great place to relax with friends. The free shuttle and luggage assistance to the Gautrain station made getting to the airport a breeze. this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. We were welcomed with delicious chocolates and nibbles in our room, which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was perfect , it was in a prime spot in the city and we had easy access to all the attractions. the rooms were clean and neat, and we felt right at home. the hospitality of the staff was outstanding, and they made sure we had a wonderful time during our stay.

There were a few things that could be improved. Some of the staff members lacked proper hospitality training and didn't meet the standards expected of a five, star hotel.
