The location is ideal for exploring, and the garden units are lovely and easily accessible from parking. the staff are friendly and made our 40th-anniversary celebration special. the variety of breakfast options was fantastic, and changing our room to a garden view was done seamlessly. the pub atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was delicious. the beef and Guinness pies were a highlight. Relaxation was enhanced by the garden area and leisure facilities. the nearby Marrakesh Cheese Farm was a unique experience, and the Fort Nottingham Museum provided a glimpse into local history. the unfortunate issues included a lack of TV due to rugby beaming and noise disturbances late at night, but overall, it was a great stay.

Friendly staff, recently renovated with new entrance, fresh paint, beautiful gardens. Room was quiet, had a large comfy bed and clean bathroom with hot water. Enjoyed the old-world charm and tasty food at the pub. Great potential for future upgrades.
