Nothing it is perfect.

Mind-blowing resort with stunning views, amazing food, and super comfy beds. Spacious rooms, fantastic shuttle service, and a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The hotel staff, especially Abigail, provided excellent service and made our stay unforgettable.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. the location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions. the breakfast selection was excellent and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. the facilities were outdated and in need of renovation, especially the restaurant roof which had visible signs of wear and tear.

The spacious and luxurious rooms were a delightful retreat after a long day of exploring. The pool area was breathtaking, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The breakfast buffet offered an abundance of delicious options to start the day off right. I particularly enjoyed the live piano music during breakfast, creating a charming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Nothing to dislike.

We had an amazing experience during our honeymoon at the Palace Of The Lost City. The staff went above and beyond, singing and dancing for us. The Safari was convenient and memorable. The hotel itself was beautiful with comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. It's definitely a must-visit, especially if you have kids or enjoy golf.

The breakfast menu could be improved with warmer plates and food.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was absolutely perfect and the bed and linen were of the highest quality. The location was stunning and the staff treated us with the utmost friendliness and helpfulness.

The setting of this hotel is absolutely stunning. We were able to walk in the grounds and enjoy the beautiful views. The pool deck was a relaxing spot to unwind. Our junior suite was spacious and had great views over the treetops and towards the mountains. The architecture of the hotel was grand and beautiful, making us feel like we were in an Indiana Jones or Jungle Book movie. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a private entrance to the Valley of the Waves and a grand piano in the center.

Loved the pool area and the attentive staff who took care of our needs. Special shout out to Lizzie for her excellent service and remembering our preferences. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the staff were friendly and efficient.

I had a fantastic 4-day stay at the Palace of the Lost City. From the moment I checked in, the service was fast and efficient. The rooms were clean and had a nice garden view. Room service took a bit long, but the food was worth the wait. The breakfast area was extraordinary, with friendly and helpful staff. The pool service was great, and the food at the Tusk Bar was excellent. Despite some minor hiccups, overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Amazing architecture and surroundings. Direct access to the Valley of the Waves.

The breakfast at Palace of the Lost City was amazing, especially the omelets made by the chef. We had a small issue with our room, but the staff quickly and efficiently helped us out. we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

Lovely time, exceptional breakfasts, grandiose concept, great location and facilities, helpful staff.
