The Park Central Residence in Johannesburg offered a convenient location near Rosebank mall and top attractions like the South African National Museum of Military History and Nelson Mandela Foundation, enhancing our family bonding. the rooftop pool provided relaxation, although the unit's bed was uncomfortable and in need of maintenance. Overall, the friendly staff and prime location made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

The pre-arrival code sent to us a day in advance showed that the property is well-organized. Although we initially faced an issue with the WiFi, the host quickly resolved it once we informed them. The room itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that provided a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the kind and patient cleaning lady who took care of our room.

Although there were a few hiccups along the way, such as a slight delay during check-in, these were promptly addressed by the staff.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the top-notch security and the use of access codes throughout the property. The manager at the front desk, Collen, was incredibly helpful, kind, and always had a smile on his face. The rooftop and its stunning views were absolutely amazing, and the cleanliness of the entire place was outstanding. The gym facilities met our needs perfectly. We highly recommend this place, especially for solo travelers. Additionally, the location was convenient, with malls, grocery stores, and a movie theater within walking distance.
