The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We loved having a fridge in the room and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The entertainment facilities, especially the TV, were great. The staff were attentive and ensured the property was clean. The free shuttle service was convenient for getting around. Despite a couple of minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a hotel in a great location, right near the Gautrain station and in the heart of Pretoria. It was so convenient being close to the bus and train station, as well as the shopping center. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom facilities were spotless and the shower was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. a fantastic place to stay!

That the food at the hotel was not the best. The breakfast was sometimes served cold and even had raw chicken.

We also enjoyed the complimentary dinner and breakfast, which were both delicious. the hotel's great location was a major plus, being very close to amenities and public transportation.

One was the delayed cleaning service, which often happened after we had returned from a long day out. Another issue was the discomfort caused by the twin bed arrangement, which made it hard to sleep.
