I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and common areas kept spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit different preferences. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had.

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the well-cared for garden. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the complimentary mini bar and the welcome bottle of sparkling wine.

Our stay was marred by a few issues. there was a leak from the air conditioning unit in our room, which resulted in a stain on the wall and dripping onto our bed.

Had a nice xmas at this hotel. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, creating a festive atmosphere. They provided complimentary bubbles and red wine upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The location was great, with beautiful gardens and a lovely view over the pool. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

There were a few downsides. The wind caused a tree branch to scratch against the roof of our room, making it difficult to sleep.

We had an incredible stay at this small boutique hotel. the setting among well-tended gardens and pools was lovely and provided a perfect getaway from the city. Our spacious room in cottage 4 was conveniently located near the pool and restaurant. the staff were all highly trained and professional, providing superb service. the breakfast options were the best we've had in years of traveling, with a wide variety of hot, cold, light, and fuller options. the free mini bar in our room was a pleasant surprise and well-stocked.

Almost perfect 👌🏻 the hotel has lost some of its magic under the new regime. We miss the buffet-style meals and being able to help ourselves.

Wow! What a wonderful stay at The Robertson Small Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with thoughtful turn down service and delicious treats by the bedside. The breakfast selection was great, and they even made us bespoke breakfasts with ingredients not on the menu. The dinner was excellent, thanks to the top-class chef. The staff, including June, Elizabeth, Tina, and Shiloh. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We felt so special during our stay and were sad to leave. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and can't wait to go back!

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I was greeted with exceptional service. the luxurious Spa and Wellness Centre was a true highlight and I was able to indulge in a full body massage, facial and beauty treatment which left me feeling invigorated. the outdoor swimming pool area was tranquil and peaceful with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

Despite the overall excellent experience, I found the restaurant to be slightly overpriced for the quality of food and service provided. the in-room breakfast was a delightful experience with a range of delicious options available.

The hotel had a great style, with charming rooms and lovely gardens. We enjoyed the restaurant which offered a delicious menu. the staff were attentive and provided an excellent service. the hotel also had a spa with good treatment options.

That the room was a bit noisy, with some traffic noise coming in. the pool was small and got crowded quickly, making it hard to enjoy fully.
