We had an amazing stay at Rockefeller Hotel! From the moment we walked in, we felt special and well taken care of. The doormen provided exceptional service, making sure all guests were attended to with a touch of royalty. The beautiful rooms and delicious food made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff, including the friendly lady in the wine cellar and the gentlemen in the bar area, truly went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. We can't wait to stay at Rockefeller Hotel again!

I had an absolutely beautiful stay at the hotel. The facilities were modern and clean, and my bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view. As a solo traveler, I felt well taken care of by the staff who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The customer service I received was exceptional, and the staff treated me like royalty. I felt privileged to meet such wonderful people and I can't thank the staff enough for making my stay extra special.

The property was clean, modern, and had an excellent location. The staff, including the cleaning staff, were amazing and a pleasure to interact with. The restaurant offered delicious food and a pleasant dining experience. The wide variety of breakfast options was worth the price. The location was fantastic, close to popular attractions. The assistance with luggage was superb and the service overall was top-notch.

I had a wonderful stay here! Everything was just perfect - from the location to the Seattle Coffee shop across the road, and being in the heart of the city centre made it easy to visit most tourists attractions. The service was top notch, from the room service to the grocery shopping service. The staff here were also very friendly and accommodating, and I even got a welcome drink upon arrival. The rooms were well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. I especially loved the dining options, as I could have breakfast in-room or go to the bar/lounge area and snack bar. The swimming pools were also great for a leisurely swim, and the rooftop pool provided stunning views of the area.

The staff seemed unorganised and didn't offer effective customer service. Despite that, I would recommend this hotel to my family for a great stay!

It was located in a beautiful and relaxing area, and there was a Seattle Coffee shop nearby for convenience. The service was impeccable, and the staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was perfect, with plenty of fresh fruit, cheeses, hams, and bread. The room was nicely decorated and well-maintained.

The parking situation was a bit of an issue and needed improvement.

Our stay at Rockefeller was amazing! The decor was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We loved the deli and breakfast buffet. Although we were disappointed about the lack of a kettle in the room, the coffee downstairs was great. I would highly recommend this hotel!
