The hotel's location on the delightful Harbour to Harbour walk was a highlight, with beautiful views of the sea. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities provided everything I needed. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and enjoyed in a stunning location on the water's edge.

Some areas need renovation.

We had an amazing time at Sands At St Francis Bed & Breakfast. The location was breathtaking with the sound of the sea crashing against the rocks. Our room was more than just a room, it had a wonderful view, a small lounge, and a mini bar. We even had the option to eat dinner in our room, which was so convenient. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was nice. The staff were great, they helped with our bags and even sent my forgotten passport back to me. I highly recommend this hotel for a positive and unforgettable experience.

Our family had an amazing experience at this beach house! The location was perfect, right on the main beach with uninterrupted sea views. We loved being able to step out of our room and onto the beach in just a few steps. The staff were so welcoming and the service was exceptional. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast overlooking the ocean was delicious, with a wide variety of choices available. We also enjoyed the personal touches and attention to detail in the room.

That we couldn't extend our stay as we wanted to stay longer, but we understood that other people were already booked.

Stayed over Easter. Good sea view from the room and beautiful sunset, staff made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. the breakfast was delicious, and we were able to enjoy it in the outdoor seating area. Noise level was good, and the hotel was in walking distance of plenty of great restaurants.

The room we had was a bit run down, with old furniture and a musty smell, which was a bit of a letdown for the price we paid. the towels were stained, and the showerhead was broken.
