I recently had a wonderful stay at a lodge in Joburg that felt like a home away from home. The hotel staff made me feel like part of their family and were always available to help me with any requests. They even arranged transportation to and from the airport, which was a great convenience. The hotel had a lovely seasonal pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with excellent WiFi services. I particularly appreciated the comfortable furniture in the room, including a desk where I could relax or catch up on work. Furthermore, the hotel's location was fantastic, situated just around the corner from an array of bars, restaurants, and small food stores. It was a true delight to find vegan breakfast options available that catered to my dietary preferences. The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure that I had a delicious and satisfying breakfast each morning. the level of service, attention to detail, and location made this hotel an excellent choice for my stay in Joburg.

The only minor drawback I noticed was that the shower setup in the hotel room could have been better. It was a handheld showerhead, and I would have preferred a fixed showerhead.

The rooms are nicely furnished with comfortable beds and the WiFi is reliable. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast is tasty and made to order. Guests can enjoy a clean and spacious bathroom, with some rooms offering a pleasant view. The reception area is well kept, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Although the hotel offers various amenities and comfortable rooms, some aspects of the maintenance and upkeep could be improved.

My recent stay at Thulani Lodge in Melville was absolutely amazing! I was welcomed by the owner Jason, his Dad, and Bongi, who were all wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate me. The location of the lodge is perfect, within walking distance of restaurants and markets. The option to have food delivered to the lodge was a great convenience. The experience was truly out of this world, and I would definitely come back!

The rooms were clean and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a desk and other furniture for relaxation or work. The excellent WiFi services made it easy for me to stay connected. Additionally, the lodge offered transportation services, city tours, and museum tours, providing a seamless experience for exploring the area. I had a fantastic time at Thulani Lodge and would highly recommend it to others seeking a home away from home experience.
