I chose this hotel for attending a brainstorming session because it provides 2 meeting rooms available for events in the business district. the meeting rooms were well-equipped and facilitated our productive discussions.

The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of a business center with printing and scanning facilities.

Situated in a great area, the hotel is near the beach, restaurants, and shops. Close to entertainment options such as Gateway Mall. the rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay.

Reception staff needs improvement in handling guest concerns more efficiently.

Lovely staff, clean and well-designed rooms, convenient location, suitable for families with children.

During my stay at Town Lodge, I found the cleanliness to be exceptional and appreciated the efficient check-in process. the staff were welcoming and the beautiful surroundings added to the overall charm of the hotel. the restaurant offered delicious meals and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's rest. the buffet breakfast was delightful, and the convenient location near a mall was a bonus.

Despite a few hiccups, my recent stay was quite eventful. the fire alarm scare in the early morning was unexpected, to say the least. the only upside was being near the Moto cafe, a true saving grace. I appreciated the efficient housekeeping service provided by Zinhle and the friendly staff. the room design and location suited my needs perfectly; a definite recommendation for a family getaway. Looking forward to returning and hopefully enjoying a peaceful night's rest.
