Friendly staff, excellent food, and a lovely pool by the bar for sundowner drinks. Neat and clean room with good bedding and towels. Perfect location for visiting nearby attractions.

The hotel was located in a beautiful and serene environment that was perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. We especially enjoyed the game drive and the opportunity to get close to some of the wild animals. The breakfast was also a highlight, with tasty and well-prepared food.

While the accommodation was suitable, it lacked some basic amenities such as cutlery and plates. It would have been more convenient to have these in the room. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that there was no filter coffee available, only Nescafe. it was a decent stay with beautiful nature and pleasant staff, but some improvements could be made to enhance the experience.

The game drive at Tranquillity Day Spa & Lodge was incredible! We had the opportunity to see rare animals and even heard the lions roar at night. It was a truly memorable experience. The views from the lodge were breathtaking, with giraffes roaming in the distance as we enjoyed a barbecue. The hospitality of the hosts was excellent, making us feel welcomed and at home. We also appreciated the delicious food served at the lodge. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and adventurous getaway.

There was no filter coffee provided at the lodge, which was a bit disappointing as good coffee is important to me. Additionally, we found the spa treatment rooms to be in need of updating and improvement to provide a more professional setting.
