Sophie went above and beyond to make my stay special at this hotel. I loved the prime location on the Champs-Elysées, just a short walk from the iconic Arc de Triomphe. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful spa area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

During Christmas at the hotel, we enjoyed the sparkling clean facilities and friendly staff who were always ready to assist. the breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options that catered to our tastes. the hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was situated near various amenities, including restaurants and shops.

The noise level was quite high, and we could not have a good night's sleep. We hope that in the future, the hotel management will take the necessary measures to address these issues.
