The breakfast served is excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff, especially Lulu, make the experience even more enjoyable.

The owner's lack of customer-centricity was a downside to an otherwise great stay.

We were welcomed warmly by the host at Umuzi Guest House, making us feel right at home. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay. The location was conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, and we even got a token to enjoy breakfast at a nearby restaurant. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this guest house to others.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. the rooms were spacious, clean, and located in a beautiful quiet area. We enjoyed the pool and the tour recommendations, which helped us navigate the area easily. the breakfast was excellent and one day we were even given a token to dine at one of the best restaurants nearby.

While the room we stayed in was clean, it was quite small and had a strange odor. the tea and coffee area was not convenient to use due to its small size.
