Our stay at Under Milkwood Resort was absolutely magnificent. The location was incredible, with stunning views of the sea and sunset from the loungers on our spacious patio deck. The chalet was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also loved the fact that there were two bathrooms and that shops were conveniently close by for any supplies we needed. The braai facilities were great, although it would have been even better if they were closer to the patio table and seating area outside.

Fantastic waterfront views, private deck, and comfortable interior. Well-stocked kitchen for self-catering. Free use of kayaks and paddle boards. Friendly and helpful staff, quick response to car key mishap. Great location near restaurants and lagoon activities.

We had an amazing stay at a resort nestled under the shade of Milkwood trees. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the lagoon. We were just steps away from a little beach where we enjoyed kayaking and exploring the crystal clear waters. The room was beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable stay.

Occasionally, there were some noises from neighboring properties, but overall it was a peaceful and relaxing experience.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel by the lagoon in Knysna. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the lagoon right from my room. It was so peaceful to be surrounded by the beautiful Milkwood grove and all the birds. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room itself was well-equipped, with a spacious kitchen that had top-notch Le Creuset homewares. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. To top it off, the breakfast served with a view of the Knysna Heads was a wonderful way to start the day.

The location is unbeatable, right on the water's edge. The lagoon provided endless fun for the kids with free kayaks and paddle boards. The chalets and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff, especially Nicci, made our stay incredible with their attentiveness and commitment to our satisfaction. I can't wait to return to this beautiful and luxurious resort.

The wooden cabins were truly amazing and offered everything we needed for our stay. We were impressed by the high quality kitchen wares - cooking was enjoyable! we enjoyed the kayaking and paddle boarding available down the lagoon. We loved sitting on the balconies with a fire pit, and the views of the surroundings were breathtaking.

We found the parking spaces to be quite tight which caused us some troubles. we discovered that there were no shops nearby.

The location of the chalet is perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of sightseeing and activities to do in the area. We enjoyed paddling on the Knysna tidal lagoon with the available SUPs and canoes. The chalet itself was comfortable, with well-equipped rooms and a clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay.

If only the surrounding trees were trimmed slightly, we would have had a spectacular view.
