Complimentary early check-in was a great surprise. the friendly staff offered excellent service, especially Omphile who went above and beyond during breakfast service. the clean and comfortable rooms were spacious and the aircon was already on upon arrival.

During my recent stay at Aha Kathu Hotel, I was impressed by the attention to detail in ensuring guest comfort. The staff ensured that the room had everything I needed for a great experience and I felt at home. The friendly service truly made a difference.

One situation that stood out was the breakfast service. Although there were a few limitations, the staff went the extra mile to accommodate guests' preferences.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a shopping mall that closes at 6 PM and is in front of the main road next to an industrial area. Additionally, there are restaurants nearby for easy access to meals.

The cleanliness of the carpets in the hallways is a major drawback. The terribly stained carpets, mostly from liquid spills, create a very off-putting atmosphere.

The customer service from Mpho at front desk was excellent. The staff was warm, accommodating, and personal. The property was clean and quiet. The bed, shower, breakfast, and lighting in the room were all amazing.

Cannot find any fault.

I loved being in direct touch with nature at the Aha Kathu Hotel. The surroundings were breathtaking and allowed me to unwind and reconnect with the outdoors.

I felt completely relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.
