We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - it was so close to a mall and also conveniently close to the shops. We were able to easily explore the surrounding area and find everything we needed. Additionally, being near the Mbombela stadium was a great bonus, especially for those looking to attend events or games there. The service at this hotel was top-notch. The staff took care of our every need, including offering dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services. They even provided an airport shuttle, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. We were very impressed with the room amenities, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a mini-bar, sitting area, and terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a nice touch, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. we highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the Mbombela Stadium and Ilanga Mall. This made it easy for me to attend events at the stadium and explore the shopping center. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service in looking after the guests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning.

It would have been nice to have a shower head in the bathtub for easier rinsing, as not everyone prefers taking baths.

The room was reasonably priced, and the toiletries and towels were satisfactory. the TV channels offered a great variety that allowed us to choose from a range of entertainment options. the facility was also designed well with functional furniture, a comfortable bed, and a seamless and reliable Wifi service. the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the air conditioner functioned well when the temperature rose at night.

Our stay was marred by a number of negative aspects. actual glasses and metal spoons would have been much better.
