We had a great stay here! The location was perfect for us, close to a shopping center and with plenty of parking. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was spotless with comfortable beds. We also appreciated the amenities, like the coffee and tea station in the room and the free toiletries.

Would recommend this hotel to all!

The location of the guesthouse is very convenient, with a mall and university nearby. It also offers ample and secure parking for guests. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable facilities. The breakfast provided is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff at the kitchen and Barney provide exceptional service and make guests feel welcome.

Some of the staff, particularly the restaurant and cleaning staff, could improve their friendliness and welcoming attitude.

The rooms at this hotel are comfortable, clean, and modern. The beds are comfortable, and there is a good selection of DSTV channels. The breakfast is wonderful, and there is a coffee and tea station in the room. The hotel is in a central location, close to a shopping center. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the kitchen staff provides exceptional service. There is enough parking available, and the wifi connection is good.

My recent stay at a guesthouse in Bloemfontein was absolutely wonderful. The attention to detail in the rooms, especially with the Charlotte Rhys body products, exceeded my expectations. The bed was spacious and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Additionally, the dinner at the guesthouse was exceptional, with attentive service and delicious food. The breakfast was equally impressive. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a memorable stay.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! Loved the fact that they offered complimentary snacks and drinks at the lobby, it was a nice touch. Plus, the location was perfect, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. the bed was super comfy and we had a great view of the city from our room.

The noise from the road was a bit loud, but we were able to sleep through it. the shower pressure could have been better, but it was still a decent shower.
