We were pleasantly surprised by the high level of care provided by the team at Waterkloof Guest House. Special thanks to Mrs Luby, Mrs Mpumi, and driver Eizekiel for making our stay memorable. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. we highly recommend this guest house for a perfect stay.

We had a fantastic time staying in a beautiful and peaceful place. The room and bathroom were spacious and nice, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for us as it was close to everything we needed, including shopping facilities like Brooklyn Mall. The staff was friendly and the gardens were stunning. We especially enjoyed the coffee station next to the reception.

The reception area could use some decor to make it more appealing.

The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The room is spacious and the staff made us feel right at home. The hotel is located in a quiet and secluded area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The paintings in the room add a vibrant touch.

The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options and hot breakfast made to order. the dining area was comfortable and pleasing to the eye. the parking and location were convenient and safe. the room was comfortable, clean, and had all necessary amenities including reliable Wi-Fi.

The noise level in the area could be a bit overwhelming at times, especially if your room was close to the bar or other common areas. the housekeeping staff could be hit or miss in terms of thoroughness and attention to detail.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The location was perfect, right in the center of things to do. The staff was incredibly helpful and willing to assist us with anything we needed. From Happy, Savemore, Jerry, Moses, the ladies in the kitchen. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. We loved the added benefit of being able to help ourselves to coffee and tea all day. a wonderful experience.

One small drawback was the lack of dishwashing liquid and proper labeling of the bathroom taps.

We enjoyed the sun loungers by the outdoor swimming pool and appreciated the convenient location, with a variety of restaurants nearby. the exceptional service from the friendly staff made us feel welcomed and valued, ensuring a relaxing stay.

Although everything was exceptional, we did notice one minor issue with the outdated fixtures in the room. this did not detract from the overall positive experience.
