The room at Phoenix Lodge And Waterside Accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean. We were delighted with the breathtaking view of the lagoon and knysna heads from our room. The location was convenient, with the waterfront and shops nearby. The breakfast prepared by the chef was absolutely amazing. Despite staying in a room by the entrance, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful during our entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a great New Year's stay at a cozy lodge near the town center. the crystal clean rooms had excellent views. the location was convenient for exploring the town and nearby attractions.

The noise from the nearby highway was slightly disturbing at night, and the compact rooms could benefit from more cupboard space. the lack of private deck areas made it less enjoyable to sit outside, and the confusing parking could lead to car damage.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The interiors of the guesthouse were so homey and had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The views of the lagoon and the heads were absolutely spectacular. The location was incredibly convenient, with the waterfront just a stone's throw away and shops nearby. The breakfasts were amazing, perfectly cooked every morning, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were also great, noise-proof and very neat.
