We recently stayed at a lovely rustic retreat in the Winelands. Waterside On Le Bonheur was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The newly renovated room exceeded our expectations, with an authentically African decor and amazing outdoor spaces. The beautifully cared for gardens and units added to the relaxed vibe of the place. We enjoyed two great braais while overlooking the dam and took leisurely strolls around the area. We can't wait to come back and explore more!

Great location with plenty of activities for families with children. The gravel road could use some maintenance, but everything else is fantastic. Excellent accommodations, clean and beautifully designed. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The restaurant availability and delicious food were a big plus. The breakfast was very enjoyable. The view of the sunrise and sunset was stunning and colorful. The crocodile farm tour was a highlight, especially witnessing a couple of them fighting. The gift shop had a wide selection of presents to choose from. a great experience for families with children.

Felt so well taken care of, no reason to complain.
