The service provided by Ruan is impeccable, making you feel welcome and ensuring that you have everything you need. Flava, the South African restaurant on-site, offers delicious cuisine and a stunning garden view. The BBQ area is a great spot to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

One minor drawback is the absence of a mat in front of the beds. Standing on the tiles while getting dressed would be more comfortable with a mat.

I had an amazing time at Wilderness Waters Boutique Suites - Adults Only. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and the beach. The suite itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The added touch of heated blankets was a nice touch. I also appreciated the full DSTV package and free wifi. The bathroom facilities were spacious and immaculate. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered cakes and champagne in our room, a nice greeting. We enjoyed the extra amenities, as they included water, chocolates, and a toothpaste. the hotel is located close to the river, which was a plus for us as we enjoy kayaking. a good start to our weekend away.

We also had a bad experience with the service, as the receptionist was not friendly nor helpful when we asked for recommendations for activities in the area.
