We recently stayed at Wind-Rose Guest House for a few days. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious with a modern design. The breakfast offered a large choice and included hot options. The property was well-maintained, with beautiful gardens. The location was private and safe, with a pool and a spot to watch the sunrise. We also enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, including the Sunday market at Root 44.

However, the staff, especially the accommodation manager, Inge, were extremely helpful and responsive in dealing with the situation. Although the incident was unfortunate, their assistance made a big difference and eased our concerns. I would highly recommend this place.

Cute and clean room, friendly hosts, clear instructions for getting there. Small and quiet with lovely views. Spacious rooms with lots of light. Nice breakfast with special touches. Owners made us feel at home. Perfect place to unwind.

The guest house is conveniently located, close to Gordon's Bay and within walking distance to the beach. The rooms are beautifully designed and impeccably kept. The owners provide excellent service and make guests feel welcomed and looked after. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with homemade bread and pancakes, as well as a range of thoughtful extras in the spacious rooms. The property itself and gardens are well-maintained, and there is a pool available for guests to relax in.

The distant ocean view from some rooms may be partially obscured by the owner's house.

We had a peaceful and spacious stay with amazing facilities. the warm welcome and informative introduction provided by the owners made us feel at home. the best aspect was the freedom to cook and braai at the well-maintained living room. the coffee was great and the breakfast inclusive of all our needs. the location was a perfect gateway to holiday activities and close to popular tourist destinations.

Our uncomfortable stay at the hotel was due to a few things. there was a lack of privacy, as staff would enter our suite to access the electrical vault several times a day.
