The hotel offered exceptional service during our Xmas stay. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the location as it was close to the Kruger Park, making it easy for us to visit. The secure parking on the premises provided peace of mind during our stay. But what we enjoyed the most was the hot shower and free coffee/tea facilities in our room.

One downside was the caretaker's strict towel policy. We were not allowed to change towels daily which was quite inconvenient, especially during a hot summer.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is evident in the spacious rooms with two single beds and balconies. The location is perfect, just a short drive away from the restaurants of Hazyview and very close to Kruger Park.

Nothing to complain about, everything was fine.

During our stay at Woodlands, we experienced a minor inconvenience with the hot water in our apartment. However, the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure our comfort. They were friendly and made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Despite this issue, I would still highly recommend Woodlands Guest House for a lovely stay with young kids. I'll recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and dedication to guest satisfaction.
