Additionally, the helpfulness of the receptionist was commendable, even going out of her way to provide us with an iron and an extra blanket.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the attention to detail was superb. From the moment we arrived, even though it was very late, we received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The lady at reception went out of her way to ensure our needs were met, even bringing an iron to our room upon request. Additionally, the basic amenities provided were excellent - our room had two double beds and an extra blanket, which was perfect for someone like me who is always cold. The location was also ideal, situated in the area where I was actually booked in, making it very convenient for exploring the surroundings.
