The hotel is perfectly located to explore all the main attractions of the city, just a short walk from popular landmarks. the staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we booked, offering transfers and providing great recommendations on what to see and do. We enjoyed a stunning view of the city from the rooftop while sipping cocktails, and the breakfast room offered the most beautiful view of a famous church that took our breath away.

The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly which made the night a bit uncomfortable. However, the weather was mild during our visit, so it could have been worse.

The staff at the reception were friendly and English-speaking. The manager was helpful and patient in assisting with a police report. Breakfast was reasonably priced. The hotel's location allowed for easy walking access to popular sights, restaurants, and a grocery store. Transportation to and from the airport was arranged by the hotel. The restaurant served good food at reasonable prices.
