Facilities and amenities were great - water cooler on the floor, mosquito repellent in the room. Soft beds, big rooms with balcony and air conditioning. Value for money hotel with pool and bowling facilities. Convenient location near metro, grocery stores, and the city center.

During our stay at Amaks Safar Hotel, we were impressed by the spacious rooms and bathrooms. The free and reliable internet connection was a bonus, especially in our room and the restaurant on the 2nd floor. We appreciated that the reception staff had sufficient English language skills for basic communication. The breakfast selection was wide and satisfying, with an English menu available. We also enjoyed the convenience of several restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. we would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Kazan river embankment, providing a beautiful view and a pleasant place for a stroll. It is also close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Furthermore, the hotel is situated in the center, offering easy access to various attractions and amenities.

The room service needs improvement, as some guests reported finding leftover food in their drawers.

The view from the room was stunning. We could see the historical fortress and the heart of the city from our window. the breakfast was quite good and provided a decent variety of options. The location was also a plus, as it was conveniently situated near transportation and key tourist spots.

Our experience at the hotel during our Christmas vacation was not as pleasant as we hoped. The staff were unhelpful and unwelcoming.
