Had an excellent new year experience! the hotel had amazing views of a beautiful park, Gulf of Finland, and a stadium. it was easy to get to the center for celebrations and festivities. the room was spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities to make the stay comfortable. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast food options were quite limited and didn't change throughout the stay. there were only European electricity plugs provided which made it difficult to charge electronic devices that weren't compatible.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was ideal, with stunning views of the Gulf of Finland, the park, and the stadium. It was so convenient to get to the city center either by cab or metro. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, from the stylish lobby to the well-appointed rooms. We were impressed by the attention to detail in the design and furnishings. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a spacious kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a very cozy bed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, providing fast and friendly service at the restaurant and even helping us plan our activities. The spa zone was incredibly relaxing, and the conference room was a useful amenity. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers.

The room at Lahta Plaza was exceptionally clean and modern, with all new furnishings. The staff, particularly Anastasia at the reception, provided professional and prompt assistance. The friendly and positive attitude of the staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.
