I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and made sure everything was in order. I especially appreciated the ironing facilities and the in-room safe. The location was also superb, with a shopping mall and ATM just steps away. It made it so convenient to get whatever I needed without having to go far. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

My recent stay at the Hanoi-Moscow Aparthotel was quite pleasant. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the nice breakfast that was offered. Additionally, there is a supermarket conveniently located next to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

We spent our Christmas holidays in a hotel that was located in a bustling and vibrant neighborhood. From our room, we could easily access the shopping malls and restaurants that offered a wide range of cuisine. the apartment was spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and ample living space. the staff was friendly, accommodating and provided excellent customer service, which made our stay much more pleasant.

The heating system in our room was not functioning properly, and it took the hotel staff two days to fix it. We also found that some of the kitchenware provided was of poor quality, and there were no dishcloths or liquid soap.
