We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception were extremely polite and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. The hotel was in a great location for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. The concierge was very helpful, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, and the shower was great. The hotel also had a rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view. Additionally, the hotel was close to the metro and other attractions.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right across from the gigantic Tsum department stores and near to all attractions. It was just in the center of everything, making it easy to explore this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with amenities and the facilities being spectacular. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the staff was efficient and always took care of my requests with a smile. The breakfast offered was of high quality, providing a great start to the day.

I recently stayed at Park Hyatt in Moscow for a week and it was exceptional. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Red Square and the Bolshoi theater. The Deluxe room was spacious and beautifully presented, much better than the photos online. The rooftop bar offered stunning views and the staff were incredibly helpful. The service from check-in to departure was warm and accommodating, and the recommendations for food and drinks were spot on. a wonderful experience.

Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was very spacious and had great amenities, like a big bathroom with a relaxing bath and comfy bed. We loved the breakfast, which offered a variety of options and delicious coffee.

That the housekeeping wasn't thorough. We had to call to ask for extra towels and toiletries and they forgot to replace some of the disposable cups in the room.
