The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a nice breakfast spread and a good restaurant option for dinner.

There were a few things that weren't so great. the Wi-Fi was only available on the ground floor, which was quite inconvenient.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This made it easy for me to explore the city during my free time. Additionally, the hotel offered a spacious and comfortable executive room. It had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay.

I was disappointed with the lack of wifi connection in the rooms. the only option available was a slow wired connection, and even the wifi in the lobby was very slow.

The location was incredibly convenient, being just steps away from Old Arbat Street and several metro stations. The breakfast was delicious and delivered to my room each morning. As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly and sweet staff members at this hotel. The breakfast options were fresh and delicious with a wide variety of food and drinks. The room service was attentive and kept our room sparkling clean. The location was convenient, with Arbat street just a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel had spacious rooms and was in a great location, close to the popular Arbat street and a short walk to the metro station. the staff were accommodating, even organizing a flower delivery for us. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.

One major issue was the lack of cleanliness and availability at breakfast. When we came down to eat, the tables were dirty and there was very little food left on the buffet.
