The reception desk service was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options for every taste. I also noticed a nice cafe in the building, although I didn't have a chance to try it. I highly recommend Arbat House for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The dining room was very nice, and we enjoyed a delicious and rich breakfast. The reservation director, Elena, promptly addressed our concerns about the air conditioning and moved us to a new, comfortable room. We appreciated her apology and the gesture of white wine in our room. George and Alla also provided valuable assistance with airport contact. If we return to Moscow, we would definitely choose to stay at Arbat House again.
