I also noticed a nice cafe in the building, although I didn't have a chance to try it. I highly recommend Arbat House for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel near popular attractions in a quiet neighborhood. the staff at Arbat House were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk brother who assisted us with phone numbers and uploading a photo. the dining room was very nice, and we enjoyed a delicious and rich breakfast. the reservation director, Elena, promptly addressed our concerns about the air conditioning and moved us to a new, comfortable room. We appreciated her apology and the gesture of white wine in our room. George and Alla also provided valuable assistance with airport contact.
