The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to all the major attractions and had easy access to public transportation. the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive to all our needs. the hotel offered a complimentary turn down service, which was a nice touch. the bed in our room was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The design of the room was a bit outdated and could use a refresh. the furniture and color scheme felt old-fashioned and didn't reflect the standards of a high-end hotel.

The location couldn't be better, with major sights, bars, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the admiral suite upon arrival, which was beautifully furnished with a spacious bathroom. The service was personal and warm, making our experience truly delightful. We can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and caring, especially Lidia Leontevna, who made my day full of joy. The rooms were very comfortable and had a classy style. The location is perfect, with a view of Saint Isaac Cathedral and close to other restaurants in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided top-notch service.

The value for money at Rocco Forte was exceptional, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The central location allowed us to easily explore the city's attractions, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The breakfast menu could be improved by offering a wider variety of dishes.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Astoria Hotel for our 10th wedding anniversary. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and even upgraded us to a lovely suite. The location was perfect, with all the tourist hot spots within walking distance. The view from our room of The Isaakievsky Cathedral was breathtaking, and the vintage style of the hotel added to its charm. We also appreciated the opportunity for a late check-out and the shoe-polish compliment service. The breakfast, complete with Champagne, was fantastic, and the dinner at the hotel was wonderful. the hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, making our anniversary trip truly memorable.

It was all superb.

Stunning ambiance, attentive service, and an unexpected culinary delight. We had a spontaneous urge to try some local delicacies and stumbled upon the hotel bar. The menu offered an enticing selection of caviar, which we couldn't resist. Even though we were short on time, the staff managed to rush our order without compromising the quality. We were delighted by the generous portion of red caviar accompanied by pancakes and sour cream, all washed down with chilled vodka. The impromptu experience was not only enjoyable but also surprisingly affordable. we would highly recommend this hotel for its unique ambiance and exceptional culinary offerings.
