We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the location was perfect. It's situated on the banks of a river and just a short walk to the main attractions in the center of the city. The hotel facilities, including the pool and sauna area, were great for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a variety of options including pancakes and caviar. The staff also went above and beyond by upgrading our room. this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our stay memorable.

I stayed at the Hotel Baltschug Kempinski for New Year's and they upgraded me to a stunning suite with an amazing view. The room service was great and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was perfect and the hotel arranged affordable transportation whenever I needed it. The room itself was exceptional, with elegant design and thoughtful details like water by the bedside. one of the finest hotels I've stayed at.

The hotel had stunning views of iconic landmarks and a prime location near key tourist spots. The room was spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff at the bar and the concierge were excellent and provided exceptional service.

There were a couple of things that I didn't appreciate. there was no kettle and coffee sachet in the room, which was a letdown.

Centrally located, just a short walk from Red Square and St. Basile Church. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The pool and Jacuzzi are great for relaxation. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options and the staff is friendly. a highly recommended hotel.

As longer term business travellers, we appreciated the comfortable and spacious rooms at the hotel. The beds were especially comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep after a long day of work. Additionally, the room service staff were attentive and responsive to our needs, even providing us with feather pillows upon request. The concierge was also extremely helpful, going above and beyond to secure last-minute tickets to a circus show and arranging a convenient courier service to deliver them to us.

During our stay at the Baltschug Kempinski, we were blown away by the breathtaking view from our room. The clear sight of the stunning Saint Basil Cathedral and the perfect river view made our experience truly unforgettable. The hotel's spa was also a highlight, offering a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The friendly and welcoming staff added to the warm atmosphere of the hotel, making us feel right at home. We were especially pleased with the breakfast spread, which was not only delicious but also included in our room rate. if we ever find ourselves in Moscow again, the Baltschug Kempinski will be our top choice.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk and entrance were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room service was excellent, providing quick and perfect service without being pushy. I was lucky to have a room with a stunning view of a famous landmark in this city. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a walk across the bridge from a well-known square and near a Metro station, allowing easy access to all the main sites of the city.

The room was very small and outdated with no view whatsoever. the curtains were old and dirty, and the carpet smelled musty.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Baltschug Kempinski. The staff was amazing and everything was of a high level standard. The in-room dining experience was fantastic. The breakfast was great, especially the omelette prepared by a friendly lady who spoke excellent English and a bit of Arabic. The view of the river from the front side was stunning. one of the finest hotels we've had the privilege to stay in.
