Inna, one of the staff members, provided excellent recommendations for attractions and even arranged tickets to the Hermitage for me. The room exceeded my expectations and the location was perfect for exploring the major attractions in the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

Slow and unreliable wifi. No restaurant or bar in the hotel, so you have to go out for meals.
