We were celebrating our anniversary and received a kind room upgrade at Crown Hotel. Everything was fabulous, with a well-equipped room and friendly security staff. The location was convenient, right across from a fantastic shopping center, train station, and main road. It was a pleasant 30-45 minute walk to the main tourist attractions. I appreciated the hotel's environmental efforts, offering guests the option to skip room cleaning in exchange for reward points. This green initiative impressed me and encourages future stays at Crown Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing me with maps and recommendations for places to visit in the city. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated at the end of the main avenue and close to a popular shopping center. I felt safe walking around the area, even late at night. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, providing all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel also offered excellent services such as room service, dry cleaning, and an airport shuttle. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast and reliable.

Despite the hotel's outstanding service, I discovered that they charged an extra 10-20 percent for every service, even though they initially assured me that the prices would be the same if I booked them myself. However, despite this minor inconvenience, I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this city.

The breakfast offered a variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff were friendly, with most of them speaking good enough English to communicate. The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the main rail station and within walking distance of the famed Nevisky prospect. It was also conveniently located near a large multi-story shopping mall and restaurants.

I also appreciated the on-site dining options, including the restaurant and lobby bar, which were perfect for both business meetings and leisurely meals.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right opposite a massive shopping center and within walking distance to many great restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need, including a mini-bar and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the lobby bar was a great spot for meetings.
