The hotel is conveniently located near the center and within walking distance of a large mall. The proximity to the World Trade Center is perfect for business travelers. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The staff is helpful and cooperative. The breakfast selection is excellent, with a wide variety of options. The hotel offers a lounge access option for those who prefer a more exclusive experience.

One of the cons mentioned by a guest was the lack of a pool, especially during the summer months.

We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional variety of food options at Crowne Plaza. From traditional Russian dishes like fish and blini to a wide selection of international cuisine, we were spoiled for choice. The friendly and helpful service added to the overall positive experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing a good business environment. We also appreciated the convenient location, close to Moscow City and not far from the center. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great price/quality ratio.

Large rooms, well-maintained hotel, excellent breakfast, convenient location.

During my New Year's stay, I appreciated the two free bottles of water in the room and the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was conveniently located near different restaurants and easy access to transportation. One of the best things about this hotel was the stunning view from my room that I enjoyed during my entire stay.

The checkout time of the hotel seemed very strict, and I was not allowed to keep the room for even an additional hour. The elevators took quite a long time to arrive, and sometimes there was a bit of a wait.

We recently stayed at a lavish hotel for a weekend getaway. The exclusive amenities provided in the room were impressive and fulfilled our luxurious needs. The buffet breakfast service was exceptional, delivering an array of savory dishes and quality service. The restaurant and bar/lounge areas exuded a friendly atmosphere, making us feel welcomed. Moreover, the private facilities were immaculate and provided a comforting experience.

There was only one minor issue that we encountered during our stay. The sauna and Spa & wellness centre were closed for renovation purposes, leaving us longing for some relaxation time.
