The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and competent, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a nice restaurant meal and there is even an Illy coffee machine available for espresso lovers.

In one of the rooms, there was a problem with a leaking bathtub, which was not fully resolved despite informing the reception.

The hotel had a beautiful and modern design. the staff was polite and helpful, and the location was key—it was walking distance from major attractions and traffic was not an issue. We particularly enjoyed the free daily breakfast and the comfortable beds, which helped us recover from our New Year's Eve festivities.

While the room was generally clean, we did notice a few areas that could use a bit more attention, such as the bathroom tiles.
