The value for money at the hotel was great - comfortable rooms and top-notch amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the city's tourist highlights, and the staff treated us exceptionally well.

Loved this boutique hotel! the rooms were incredibly unique and the beds were so comfortable. the staff were great, helping us organize tours and the guides they chose were so knowledgeable. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions and right by a beautiful canal.

The only downside was that the attic room we stayed in didn't have windows that could be opened. It wasn't a big deal for our short stay, but it would have been nice for some fresh air.

What an amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Our late airport transfer was waiting for us, and the friendly staff made sure our check-in was smooth. The room was stunning, with beautiful interior design and plenty of space. We were pleasantly surprised by the English-speaking staff, who made our dining experience enjoyable by accommodating our dietary needs. The bar staff went above and beyond to make sure we had delicious, personalized cocktails. The hotel's concierge helped us with taxis and provided excellent service throughout our stay. A clean and classy hotel with all the amenities!

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. the hotel had a great location, close to many attractions and within walking distance of several restaurants. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food options and was satisfying.

The breakfast menu remained the same throughout my stay, making it dull and repetitive. There were instances where the hot food served for breakfast was cold.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the high quality sound insulation in the hotel. It allowed us to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay. The food and service in the restaurant were top-notch, leaving us completely satisfied. The interior of the hotel was memorable, with its stylish and unique design. The accommodation overall left only positive impressions on us.

The staff were friendly, kind, and professional. The hotel was clean and offered a free upgrade with a river view. They provided a latex pillow for my neck problem and the location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and famous landmarks. I strongly recommend staying here!

Our room at the hotel had a second window layer that separated it from the street, making it incredibly silent and peaceful. The interior design was lovely, with a relaxing lilac color scheme. The Internet connection was strong and reliable. We were impressed by the efficient and non-disturbing room service, as well as the amenities provided, such as good shampoo/shower gel and complimentary bottled water. The relatively large bathtub was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel's location right on the riverside of Moyka was perfect, with major museums just a 20-30 minute walk away and St. Isaac's Cathedral right next door.

The restaurant and bar at the hotel were quite expensive, and we found that there were better food options nearby.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel is centrally located near the river and in a very nice area with lots of monuments. It is directly across the Embankment at #78, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. The staff went above and beyond, even organizing a surprise for my mom's birthday. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also provided transportation services and parking facilities, making it convenient for guests.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay in St. Petersburg for our 32nd wedding anniversary. The hotel staff, from the front office to concierge, restaurant staff, and cleaners, provided top-notch service and made our stay truly special. The hotel's high standards, hospitality, and professionalism exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with a fantastic ambiance. The staff spoke English fluently and were extremely friendly. The food was excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the city's main attractions, including St. Isaac's Cathedral and the Hermitage. We highly recommend this 5-star hotel with 6-star services.

Loved my Easter stay at this hotel! the location was absolutely amazing, with the St Issac Cathedral just a 5-minute walk away. the staff were incredibly helpful and the facility was modern and stylish. the 24-hour room service was a great convenience, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep.

The only downside was that the twin beds in the room were quite small, making it easy to accidentally fall off. But overall, my experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and modern facilities.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, such as the Mariinsky Theaters, St Isaac Cathedral, and the Hermitage. It is also easy to access other sites by city bus. The breakfast buffet is exceptional and a great deal if included in the room reservation. The restaurant offers excellent and reasonably priced food. A canal cruise is a must-do activity.
